Nicole McMahon — designer and maker behind Stagmoon

Meet the DESIGNER

Nicole McMahon

Designer of every Stagmoon piece.

A life spent with crystals

Nicole's background is in gemstones and minerals — first in the Australian jewellery industry, then in geoscience within the mining sector. Crystals, in one form or another, have always been part of how she understands the world.

Stagmoon grew from that foundation. A deep familiarity with what light does when it meets a well-cut crystal. It began at home in Western Australia, where afternoon sun would catch a hanging prism and scatter colour quietly across the walls. That moment — unhurried, almost accidental — became something she wanted to share.

Each piece is made by hand, with the same attention she would give to something made for her own home. We hope it brings a little of that light into yours.

What we stand for

Made with intention

Made by hand

Each suncatcher is assembled by hand, from start to finish. The care that goes into making it is part of what you receive.

K9 optical crystal

Selected for its clarity, weight, and the quality of light it casts. K9 crystal produces long, vivid rainbows that lesser materials simply cannot.

Made to order

Every piece is assembled for the person who ordered it. Nothing is held in stock — each one begins when you do.

Light and intention

Rooted in the principles of feng shui, each crystal is designed to invite movement, warmth, and positive energy into a space.

A little light goes a long way.

Whether you're choosing a piece for yourself or someone you love, I hope it brings something quiet and beautiful into your everyday.
